This guide provides information on the payment period, available methods, and the convenience of online payments.

  1. Fuel Fee Payment Period: The Directorate General of Highways has announced that the statutory payment period for the Fuel Fee of 2023 is from July 1 to July 31. Vehicle owners are required to complete the payment within this given timeframe.
  2. Payment Methods for Fuel Fee: The Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office (KOMV) provides several convenient payment options during the payment period, including:
  •  Financial institutions
  • KIOSK machines in major convenience stores
  • ATM transfers
  • Designated account transfers

  • Online payment through the website: https://www.mvdis.gov.tw/m3-emv-fee/fee/fuelFee
