  1. Authorization Method & Scope

    In order to facilitate the public for better utilize the Website, all posted information and materials publicly are protected under copyright provisions are reauthorized for public use without cost in a non-exclusive manner. The users are not limited to time and by region to reproduce, adapt, edit, publicly transmit or utilize other methods to develop various products or services (herein known as derivations). This authorization will not be retracted hereafter, and the users do not have to acquire any written or other methods of authorization from KMVO. However, the user should state the source if use.

  2. Information on Related Items:
    1. The authorized scope is only within the scope protected under copyrights but without other intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks and Administration’s logo. (Or it could be other publications.)
    2. Whether the personal details can be collected, processed or utilized by personal willing or regulations, it is supposed to follow the requirements of the related provisions based on the Personal Information Protection Act, and plan to execute the related measures demanded by law.
    3. Partial videos, photos, sheet music and contracted case writings or other works shall be particularly approved by KMVO before use.
  3. The users shall be prudential not to have an infringement upon a third party in moral rights of copyrights, including the rights to identify names and ban improper alterations.

  4. Malicious alterations of the information authorized by KMVO is not allowed. It will be asked for civil and criminal legal responsibilities if the purpose of posted information is not in accordance with the original.
