Open Additional Weekend Services on August 28,2021

ContentDue to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that after assessing the COVID-19 situation in Taiwan, it has decided to extend its nationwide Level 3 epidemic alert until July 26 to protect the health of people in Taiwan, when it lowered the epidemic alert to Level 2. There are plenty of examinees who want to participate the written/road test for motorcycle driving licenses. To serve the examinees, Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office will add weekend services on August 28,2021, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These services include the written exam and road test for motorcycle driving licenses and first-time motorcycle rider’s safety lecture.
It could be registered online only for driving license tests, including the written exam and road test. Online registration will be closed on the day before the date of driving license tests (https://www.mvdis.gov.tw/).
Written tests can be practiced online on the Motor Vehicle Driver Information Service (https://www.mvdis.gov.tw/). Please download the online question database on the Directorate General of Highways, MOTC (https://www.thb.gov.tw/). If you need more practice on road test, please come to Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office from noon to 2:00 PM on weekdays. The practice of road tests is only permitted during the opening hours (noon to 2:00 PM on weekdays).
Please also bring your original ID card, three 1-inch recent photos taken within the past two years and the application form for the driver's license test (health condition confirmed through physical exam) on that day.
